Silverburn Shipping Group is a worldwide shipowner and operator rendering such services as ship management, chartering, technical support, repair and maintenance, provision of spare parts, crew management, and accounting. The Company has at its disposal a large number of vessels including unlimited class barges, RoRo pontoons, multipurpose tugs, chemical tankers, and accommodation vessels.
The Company dates back to 1994, when it first started its operation in the Baltic Region. Today Silverburn Shipping Group offers its clients more than 20 years of experience working in the Azov, Caspian and Baltic seas with more than 700 successfully completed transportation projects dealing with all kinds of cargo and towage. The Company is currently involved in long-term oil field projects and tug building; and only in 2017 it transported more than 1 million tons of heavy lift cargo.
Silverburn Shipping Group always complies with the highest safety and environmental protection standards and provides high quality vessel management to meet its clients’ requirements. Furthermore, all crew members have sufficient training and experience in the field. Moreover, the Company strives for time perfection and offers timely transportation and chartering across Western Europe, Africa and Asia. The Company is prepared to offer its clients flexible, individually calculated rates depending on the cargo weight and charter duration.
Silverburn Shipping Group have owned and operated Tugs and barges since 1994. The company’s first charters were wood across the Baltic Sea which, together with moving bulk cargo on flat barges and the towing of vessels and difficult objects in the rivers formed the back-bone of our operations until the early part of this century.
